Dad Blog Ethos

Dad Blog kicked off in 2020, and what started as a small project has really picked up steam, with over 30,000 unique visitors per month and a goal of breaking 100k+ by early 2025. My goal? To give parents, both old and new, a mix of whimsy and a healthy dose of caffeine-fueled (well less caffeine now thanks to the Evlanse) ramblings.

I'm a dad to five amazing, wonderfully neurodiverse kids. And, as it turns out I've been diagnosed with ADHD-Combined Type. This blog is for all of us - whether you're neurodiverse like me, or just along for the ride. I'll be adding helpful parenting tips, a mixture of dad jokes, dealing with neurodiversity as a whole and whatever else takes my fancy!

The drive to become a dependable and reputable dad influencer and parenting blogger, whilst providing for my family is what keeps this website going. If you want to be a part of it, then keep reading.

Core Values

To provide parents with an impartial and friendly take on life. I strive to be:

  • Honest & Transparent - Every post is my own unfiltered take on life. Sponsored posts are marked appropriately and within ASA guidelines.
  • Helpful - Whether you're here for advice or just caught in a doom-scroll spiral, there's something for everyone.
  • Community Driven - I'm looking to build a new community with all of you. Let's connect and grow together!
